Self Introductions

The meeting was called to order by President Katherine Cosgrove.

She presented the State of the District report including the following.

Highlights of 2007: Annual Meeting, Street Fair, July 28, Holiday bows & Lights.  Grants Received for Street fair & Holiday advertising & decorating

 

 

Elections:

On-going: 1 year left in terms:  Jean Baker, Ada’s Heirs; Joe Eustaquio, Key Bank;

Ann O’Connell, OHSU Richmond; Susan Levine, Metalurges.

 

Elected as a unanimous slate were the following:             

Officers - 1 year terms:

Darice Robinson, Hollywood Impress, Vice-President; 

Jane Fisher, Edward Jone, Secretary, 

Sue Wallace, Bean Counter Bookkeeping, Treasurer.

   

Board - 2 Year Terms:  Rin Carroll Jackson, Sleeping Bee Gallery;

Craig Swinford, Property Owner;

Glenn Lambert, Division Hardware,

Scott Hay, One Inch Round,

Jonathan Legare, Legare, LLC,

Katherine Cosgrove, Serenity Palliative Care & Hospice.

Best new development/building – Café Palino Building, 34th & Division

 

A successful silent auction was held.  Thank you to Joe Eustaquio and Jane Fisher.

A fantastic buffet arranged by Darice Robinson was contributed to by Artemis Foods, Clinton Corners Café, Eugenio’s, K & F Coffee, Lauro Kitchen, Nuestro Cocina, Pastini Pasteria, Pix Patisserie, Skavone’s, Starbucks, SubRosa and Vindahlo. Hollywood Impress Printing andArvey/Xpedx also contributed.

 

        

Commissioner Sam Adams spoke about City issues and the Safe, Sound Green Streets project and its funding.

 

 

           Meeting adjourned at 1:15.
